Aircraft Ground Power
Ground Power Unit is the term for the equipment used to start an aircraft while it’s still on the ground. This can be applied to an electric power supply or battery power supply.

Equipment
Portable 28VDC Ground Power Units
Levon Aviation manufactures a range of 28VDC Portable Ground Power Units for Aviation. They are designed using state-of-the-art technology, and thus are very small and lightweight for the power.
The range comes in three types:
Continuous Power Units:
Used for avionics work, maintenance, diagnostics and demonstrations
Starter Units:
Used for starting the APU or Aircraft
Combination Units:
Combine in itself both the Continuous and Starter Units.
400Hz Aircraft Frequency Converters
Levon Aviation's latest 400Hz Aircraft Frequency Converter is the safest and most reliable solution for your aircraft power supply.
Our 400Hz Aircraft Frequency Converters were designed with Power Factor correction to guarantee a perfect sinusoidal input current from 25% to 150% load and low THDi (<1.5%).
28VDC Transformer Rectifier Units
Levon Aviation 28VDC TRUs are continuous DC power supply units that supply DC power to aircraft that are on the ground and to start the engine or the APU (Auxiliary Power Unit) of the aircraft as well as for the on-board power requirements.
The TRUs are solid-state and are offered in the following range: 300A continuous - 1200A Peak load and 600A continuous - 2400A Peak load

Levon Aviation offers a range of Aircraft Ground Power Cables.
They can be manufactured with any cable size and any length, as well as any termination fitted according to the customer's requirements.

Frequency Converters
Levon Aviation Frequency Converters are designed to convert the source power with a specific input voltage and frequency into a different output voltage and frequency depending on what the customer requires.
The units come in standard models:
30KVA, 45KVA, 60KVA and 90KVA, but special units can be up to 500KVA.
Electronic VoltageRegulators
Levon Aviation Electronic Voltage Regulators are used in power quality applications where speed and performance advantages make it better fit than the mechanical voltage regulator.
The units provide consistent voltage regulation and voltage conditioning with fast correction without regular maintenance or moving parts; they range from 30KVA to 500KVA.
Uninterruptible Power Supplies
Levon Aviation Uninterruptable Power Supply Units are designed to be used for loss of power applications where speed and performance advantages make it a better fit than the mechanical generator.
The units provide constant voltage output when input power is lost, without any regular maintenance or moving parts.
